
A teenager is now facing serious assault charges. 36 year old Ellie was attacked by two teenagers while parking in her garage, and she shot and killed one of them. Now she has been sued by the parents of another teenager and is seeking compensation of $1 million. On December 17th, Ellie had just finished work and returned home to prepare for parking, according to surveillance footage, 17 year old Justin Bell and 16 year old Quincy Mercer suddenly broke into the garage and attempted to steal the car keys, but were resisted by Ellie.
They then launched an attack on Ellie, repeatedly punching and kicking her in the face. During this period, Bell jumped onto a nearby car and started the engine in an attempt to grab the car and escape. Mercer continued to press Ellie to the ground and beat her continuously. Ellie, worried about her life, took out a gun from the car and counter attacked.
Mercer was hit and fell to the ground, and Bell was also hit and lost consciousness. When the emergency personnel arrived. Mercer was declared dead and Bell was seriously injured and sent to the hospital for treatment. Ellie’s face was injured but not her vital parts. The Bell family immediately charged with murder, claiming that she could have let them drive away instead of killing them, and demanded a compensation of $1 million.
