Nicole Kidman has begun legal action to dissolve her marriage to Keith Urban after 19 years of marriage. The reasons behind the breakup and the couple’s future intentions are now clear thanks to new reports.

According to these records, the couple has already decided on child support and custody. According to reports, they have also promised to go to co-parenting sessions. Two notaries, one for Urban (dated August 29, 2025) and one for Kidman (dated September 6, 2025), signed the agreement.
Child and spousal support were waived by the marriage, however a clause states that the singer has already paid “child support obligations.” According to the parenting plan, their mother will have the kids for 306 days and Urban will have them for 59 days.
