A Black attorney was simply taking out the trash when things took a shocking turn. Surveillance footage and cellphone video captured the moment police approached him outside his own building, questioning his actions and demanding identification—for doing nothing more than using the trash bin.
Despite calmly explaining that he lived there and was a practicing lawyer, the officers insisted on running his ID. The situation quickly escalated, with the lawyer remaining composed while standing firm on his rights.
Viewers are calling the incident a blatant example of racial profiling, sparking outrage online:
