Hollywood power couple George and Amal Clooney have managed to keep their family life private, especially when it comes to their children. The acclaimed actor cares so much about his family that at one point he even took a step back in his career to spend more time with his beloved wife.
George is said to be so taken with Amal that he often talks about her, even without being asked. In a recent interview, he reflected on his bachelor days, saying, “I thought, ‘I’ll never get married. I’ll never have children.'”
At the time, George believed his life was complete thanks to his successful career and close friendships. However, after meeting Amal, he realized just how incomplete it was. “I didn’t know what I was missing until I met Amal. Everything changed; I felt like there was a huge void in my life,” he admitted.
The “Ocean’s Twelve” star explained how becoming a father changed his outlook on life, making him more altruistic and grateful for family life. “It’s an incredible experience,” he said, emphasizing that both he and Amal feel incredibly fortunate. He also said they’ve never sold photos of their children and stay away from social media for safety reasons. “We don’t post photos of them because it would put them in danger.”
Their children, who love painting, often go on exciting adventures with their parents, especially during the summer. According to a source, the family explored Europe together in 2022. In September 2023, it was reported that Ella and Alexander were enjoying their free time with boat trips, water activities, and playing with friends. “They have a small circle of friends their own age who they spend time with,” the source revealed.
George also noted that, despite their fame, many celebrities manage to live relatively normal lives. “Even those who achieve a high level of fame can still walk around New York City without too many problems. But for some of us, it’s never easy,” he confessed.
