A routine traffic stop took a seriously unexpected turn after a Hooters worker, pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence, decided to turn on the charm instead of just taking the field sobriety tests.
The officer, sticking to protocol, asked the young woman to step out of the car and perform the standard tests to see if she was safe to drive. But instead of just walking the line or reciting the alphabet backwards, she started asking the cop some very interesting questions.
According to the footage that’s been doing the rounds online, the worker threw in some playful comments that many people are calling straight-up flirting. The officer, clearly trying to keep things professional, couldn’t help but crack a smile at a few of them.
Social media has since blown up with clips of the exchange, with some viewers saying the cop was “definitely flattered,” while others reckon he was just doing his best to keep it cool and avoid landing in hot water.
