An influencer couple’s night out turned into pure chaos after a car ploughed into the front of a busy restaurant — right while they were filming a food review.
The pair had just set up their camera and were midway through rating their meals when the sound of screeching tyres ripped through the air. In a split second, a car slammed straight into the glass front of the restaurant, sending diners screaming and diving for cover.
Footage shows the terrifying moment the vehicle smashed through the window just metres away from the couple’s table. Thankfully, their quick reaction to jump back from the impact zone likely saved their lives.
The influencers later shared that they were “shaken but grateful” to have escaped without injuries. “It all happened so fast — one second we were talking about the food, and the next, glass was flying everywhere,” they explained.
Police have confirmed that investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
Diners at the scene described the moment as “like something out of a movie,” while fans online praised the couple’s composure and relief that the horror smash didn’t end in tragedy.
