A fatal incident occurred when three armed teenagers attempted to break into a private property guarded by a security officer. According to surveillance footage and preliminary investigations, the teenagers were reportedly armed and attempted to forcibly enter a security room on the premises of a company late at night.
The security guard on duty responded with gunfire after one of the individuals, wearing a red jacket and headgear, allegedly tried to force open the door to the security room. The footage shows the teenager being shot and falling down the stairs. The other two attempted to flee but were also reportedly struck by gunfire.
One of the teens was seen fleeing with an apparent leg injury and later died on the road, while another died near the scene shortly after. The third individual, also wounded, managed to flee but later succumbed to injuries.
Following the incident, the families of the deceased teens have filed legal action against the security guard, seeking $3 million in compensation. They allege that excessive force was used during the encounter and that the security guard’s actions resulted in the deaths of their children.
Law enforcement authorities are currently investigating the case to determine whether the use of force was legally justified under self-defense or defense-of-property statutes, or if any criminal liability may be attributed to the guard.
No formal charges have been filed against the security guard at this time. Authorities have emphasized the need for a thorough and impartial investigation before drawing conclusions.
