What was meant to be a solemn hearing turned into a cringe-worthy display of contempt when two teens on trial for killing 72-year-old Andreas Probst casually smiled, laughed, and even flipped off the grieving family in court.
The pair—including 18-year-old Jesus Ayala and 16-year-old Jzamir Keys—are accused of deliberately crashing into Probst as he filmed himself riding his bicycle in Las Vegas. Instead of showing remorse, they reportedly turned to the victim’s wife and daughter in court and exchanged smirks and hand gestures.
Probst’s family were seated in court, waiting for proceedings to begin—only to be met by what witnesses described as disrespectful behavior from the accused as they literally flipped them off.
Charged with murder in a fatal hit‑and‑run, both defendants face serious legal consequences—but their courtroom demeanor has sparked outrage. While evidence includes video footage of the collision, their courtroom antics stole headlines.
