Local authorities were called to conduct a wellness check this week after a concerned parent reported being unable to reach their daughter, who recently returned from California.
According to the parent, the woman flew in from Los Angeles on Sunday night, arriving at approximately 1 a.m. after taking an Uber home. Since then, repeated attempts to contact her have gone unanswered, with calls going directly to voicemail.
The parent described the situation as “very unusual,” noting that their daughter typically stays in close communication and would not go several days without returning calls or messages. The woman reportedly lives on the bottom floor of a house located near the corner of a street with the number 600 visible, and her entrance is the first door on that side.
When asked by authorities, the parent said there were no known weapons in the home and no signs of potential danger prior to her disappearance. The missing woman was described as having a star-shaped tattoo on her back.
Police have initiated a wellness check at the residence and are attempting to locate the woman to confirm her safety. Officers are expected to contact the parent once more information becomes available.
Anyone with information about the woman’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact local law enforcement.
