
A factory worker was injured today after a large wooden plank accidentally fell and struck him on the head while he was walking through the facility.
The incident happened in the late morning hours. According to eyewitnesses, the worker was passing under a storage area when the plank suddenly came loose and fell directly on him.
Emergency services arrived quickly, and the worker was taken to a nearby hospital. He remained conscious but appeared to be in pain. Doctors later confirmed he had suffered a mild concussion but is in stable condition.
The factory has started an internal investigation to determine the cause of the incident and whether safety protocols were properly followed. Management stated that safety procedures will be reviewed to prevent similar accidents in the future.
